When will Borra Belt® be available?
Borra Belt® is currently in the final stages of design and will begin production shortly.
We are aiming to have Borra Belt® ready for postage between January and March 2026.
You can pre-order Borra Belt® now to ensure you are part of the first postage batch.

Where can I get the Borra Belt® manual or instructions?
The Borra Belt® manual will be part of the product package that you will receive when your order is processed and posted.
There will be a digital version available on this web site. Please check back early 2026.
Do I need to replace the batteries after some time?
Borra Belt® is a closed, self contained system that does not need any battery changes.
Our high quality lithium batteries are capable of many charging cycles. However, all batteries do chemically age during their lifetime. Borra Belt® has a built-in battery management system that ensures your batteriy is operating optimal during the life cycle of your Borra Belt®.
Does Borra Belt® fit my size?
We have designed Borra Belt® to fit all sizes comfortably.
The power bank (the "belt buckle") is roughly the size of a credit card, sitting snug at the front of your pants. The flexible wings clip onto your pants and can be tightened with the patented FIDLOCK winch to ensure your pants are secured and sit tight.
How rugged and waterproof is Borra Belt®?
Borra Belt® is splash-water resistant and can handle sweat during exercises or dancing easily.
How do I clean Borra Belt®?
You can wipe done the main unit (the "belt buckle") with a moist micro fibre cloth to remove any dirt that has accumulated.
The flexible wings and the belt loops can be cleaned with water and a mild soap.
Please do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals on your Borra Belt®, as this may damage the casing or the fabric.
Cleaning instructions wil be provided in your manual, which is part of the delivery parcel of Borra Belt®.

Orders Process
How does the pre-order process work?
Borra Belt® wil become available between January and March 2026.
To ensure you receive Borra Belt® as soon as possible, we have created a pre-order system.
When you pre-order Borra Belt®, you pay only 10% of your order total today and the remaining 90% when we post your parcel.
Example:
You order one Borra Belt® - 10,000mAh for £109.99. During checkout, we will charge you £11.00 via your preferred payment method. When Borra Belt® is ready to be posted, you will receive an email update regarding your order and we will then charge the remaining £98.99 and post your parcel.
How can I cancel or modify my order?

What if I dont want my product anymore?

What if I have received the wrong variant or a damaged product?
We take very good care to ensure all order are fulfilled correctly.
In the rare case that you receive a different version or your parcel has been damaged, please contact us through our contact form or via email at borrabelt@gmail.com as soon as possible.
We will reply to you and find an amicable solution to resolve your issues.
My address has changed since I ordered Borra Belt®
If you have moved or would prefer to have Borra Belt® posted to a different address, please get in touch though our contact form or via email at borrabelt@gmail.com

I have received Borra Belt® but would like to return it
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Postage & Tracking
How long until I receive my order?
Currently Borra Belt® is not yet available and is in the per-order phase.
Borra Belt® will become available between January and March 2026.
You will receive an email from us as soon as Borra Belt® becomes available for shipping. Then we will ask for the remaining 90% of your order total through the payment method you specified during the pre-order.
All Borra Belt® parcels are sent with tracked DHL shipping and will arrive within 1-3 working days.
If we cannot debit the remaining 90% order total (e.g. your credit card has expired), our customer service will contact you to find a solution.
Tracking says it has been delivered, but I haven't received anything?
We use only tracked DHL postage for all Borra Belt® deliveries.
Once your order has been posted, you will receive an email with the tracking number, allowing you to follow your order online:
In the rare case that DHL reportts your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us through our contact form or via email at borrabelt@gmail.com
Our customer service will respond and initiate the next steps to retrieve your order.
What if my package does not arrive?
We use only DHL tracked postage to ensure your parcel arrives quickly and safely.
However, DHL sometimes adds delays to that yre outside of our control. This happens especially during festive seasons, holidays and postal strikes.
You can track your order using the tracking number and link provided in your postage confirmation email.
